Terrible "customer service". "My boss says..." is their go-to phrase. Bought a cheap (quality) case for my son's phone; wouldn't give me the discount they'd promised the day before (when I bought the phone). Employee put the case on & when we got home I realized it was mis-made (headphone jack was blocked completely). Brought it back to exchange it and the employee said "this isn't my fault. I can sell you another case, though". I asked for a refund, then, and he said "my boss said we can't do that".
SPEND YOUR MONEY AT A DIFFERENT DEALER...one that actually gives a damn about their customers.

Most inviting employees, every time i come in there they remember my name. most metros i go to are just plain and no social workers working there. They are reasonable and do business the correct way. Come to this Metro if you wanted to be treated like family.
